Where is the Welcome Center?

Saturday, Feb. 28 – 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday, March 1 – The Welcome Center moves to the site of the Beach Party at Ocean Drive & 12th Street.

How do I pick up tickets or passes I’ve ordered?
Pick up tickets and passes ordered at the Welcome Center. You must bring your photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase.
Can I purchase tickets at the Welcome Center?
Yes, tickets and passes will be for sale as long as they are available. We
accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as cash.
Sorry, no checks are accepted at the Welcome Center. On Sunday, when the
Welcome Center moves to the Beach Party site, all sales are cash
only. Please note that the "Day of" price begins at Midnight the day of the
event.
What do I do if I arrive after the Welcome Center closes?
If you arrive after the Welcome Center closes, and you have a ticket for an event that evening, your name will be on the Will-Call list at the door. Bring along a photo ID. Please remember to pick up your remaining tickets at the Welcome Center on the following day.
Can I return a ticket for a refund if I am unable to attend?
No, all sales are final. You may, however, authorize someone else to pick up your tickets.
How do I arrange for someone else to pick up my tickets?
Provide to the other person, or fax to the Welcome Center, a copy of your
photo ID with a signed statement authorizing that specific person to pick up
tickets being held in your name. The other person must present his/her photo
ID, matching the authorized name you specified. We will make an imprint of
their credit card in order to receive your tickets. Our fax number is

Can I buy tickets for an event at the door?
In general, tickets are sold at the door, subject to availability, but most events have a higher price at the door. Many events sell out, so we strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes, subject to availability.
If I purchases a pass that includes general admission to the Beach Party, can I upgrade to a VIP ticket?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade upon receiving your tickets/passes at the
Welcome Center. You will also be able to upgrade your ticket at the area
where you purchase drink tickets at the Beach Party.

Pick up the 2009 Winter Party Festival Official Guide, available at the Welcome Center, for the time and location of all the events. If you need help finding a location, please feel free to contact the Welcome Center.
How do I get to the events that are not on South Beach?
We will provide complimentary shuttle service to two of the events held on the mainland: 5-Ring Circuit on Friday night and Mercury Rising on Saturday night. There will be a shuttle from the host hotel, located at 1717 Collins Avenue, to and from these two club events beginning an hour before the event
and ending a half-hour once the event is over.
